How to Brand Yourself

The “Old School” Prospecting Methods Will Kill
Your Chances Of Making Any Real Money In Network Marketing

If I were to climb into my prospects head and listen in on a private conversation I’m fairly certain I would hear this thought “who are you and why should I listen to what you have to say?”

They wont come right out and say it, but that is whats going on
in the mind of prospects who hear about your business opportunity.

If you are not addressing this concern you don’t got a chance to make it in this business.
I follow Mike Dillard’s “Two Core Truths” Of network marketing in the Internet age:

1. The old school sales routine of cold-calling leads, holding meetings, knocking on doors and trying to “convince”
people to look at your opportunity is DEAD.

2: The fastest and easiest way to make money in MLM today is simply to “position” yourself so
only the hottest, most qualified prospects come to you.

Here’s a little insight: people will join your business for their own reasons, not yours.

Your prospects are desperate to solve their financial problems and live the life they always dreamed of.

Here’s how you can use this information to your benefit:

  • They are looking for someone to stand up, apart from the crowd and say “I’ve got the answer to your problem. It’s a simple system anyone can follow. It will put money in your pocket . . . .”

This is where branding (You inc.) comes into play. By using a USP: unique selling proposition, you begin to laser target your message to your prospect.

They get attracted to you because you can help them get what they want. They’ll see you as the expert with the key to their success.

It all starts with BRANDING – telling your unique story. Use it wisely and you will begin to magnetically attract prospects to your main business.
